Paragon Tactical
(PT) offers hybrid firing range (HFR) facilities for live fire, small
arms use to government, military, commercial and private range owners. The key
aspect that typically identifies HFRs is the lack conditioned/pressurized air using HVAC
systems and covered firing line and target line with range baffles between the two
sections. Other aspects of OFRs include ballistic containment using range baffles on
the range ceiling and/or sidewalls.
Unlike steel bullet trap systems, PT ranges systems promote tactical and close com-
bat training as a range user can shoot pistol and rifle ammunition and loads at tactical
distances. This training is very beneficial when teaching close quarter rifle and pistol
“run-shoot-reload” scenarios. In addition to offering advanced weapons use benefits,
each PT range backstop can handle standard, competition, qualification and specialty
training programs. This unique feature enables the PT range technology to completely
