The US Green Building Council’s Leadership
in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
has set the standard for green building and
construction in the United States. Paragon
Tactical firing range backstop systems are
constructed of superior quality materials
using 10-guage steel and recycled rubber.
The rubber media is recycled pure OTR
ballistic rubber media, free of all steel and
fiber contaminates. Incorporating Paragon
Tactical’s system into your project may
contribute to LEED credits in the following
categories:
Recycled Content
LEED NC Credits MR 4.1 and MR 4.2 (1-2 points)
Paragon Tactical products will contribute to
obtaining LEED credits for materials and
resources since our product is made from
recycled rubber tires.
Regional Materials
LEED NC Credits MR 5.1 and MR 5.2 (1-2 points)
Paragon Tactical
products will contribute to
obtaining LEED credits for materials and resources
used on a project site within 500 miles of our
headquarters facility located in Corona, California
or other supply locations in MS and IL.
